Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Commercial Operations & Pricing Strategy, the Contracts Performance Analyst will be responsible for handling sales, partner contract lifecycle in accordance with internal procedures and contractual requirements to drive profitable business growth. As a key member of this newly formed team, you'll work with the sales operations, finance, and sales leaders to develop contract governance guidelines with appropriate financial controls. With direct influence on improving revenue and margin, you will establish regular feedback loops that improve understanding of contract term adherence and renewal/renegotiation opportunities. Responsibilities: Design and supervise contracts performance and revenue compliance critical metrics to drive growth and profitability in line with company strategy Review sales, service, and channel partner contracts to ensure they meet legal, regulatory, revenue, and discount approval policies and procedures Interact with sales, marketing, service teams, including L3 leaders, to ensure all customer specific contractual requirements are successfully met Recommend policies, procedures, governance and KPI's for future contracts Partner with sales leaders in identifying and prioritizing contract renewal/renegotiation/termination opportunities and provide regular recommendations to sales leadership to drive profitable growth Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, or comparable analytical/data focused field), post graduate education (MBA, MS) welcome, but not vital 5 years' experience in contracts management/administration or sales of sophisticated technical solutions / products in a B2B environment Track record of delivering insights to supporting business decision making Working knowledge of legal, financial, and business risk in contract terms and conditions and able to communicate these exposures to partners from various functions Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to manage large quantities of data and must be comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales efficiency technologies Preferred Qualifications Experiences in life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies preferred Understanding of operating leases in B2B environment International experience a plus When you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
